Our client a family run business is looking for experienced Managers to run their new food outlets / shops in Lincoln. Our client has over 170 shops and cafes across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and further afield and are currently opening 2 x more stores in Lincoln.

The ideal candidate must have previous Manager or Assistant Manager Experience, ideally in the catering industry (but not essential)

Duties will involve:

  • Managing a team of up to 6 people including full and part-time staff.
  • Monitoring stock control and wastage.
  • Dealing with the public
  • Responsible for staff rotas, training etc.

This is a busy role and suitable candidates must be highly organised, friendly and efficient and be able to manage and motivate a team.

This is a 5 day week to include Saturdays with a day off in the week

Our client is looking for an additional Industrial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support their growing customer base south side of Lincoln.

Work will involve some electrical installations as well as dealing with machinery breakdowns and general fault finding

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Repair, Maintenance and Installation work on site.

· 12 hour shifts, flexible on working days

· Part of an out of hour’s breakdown team, allocated on a rota basis (1 week in 4 on call) additional hourly call out rate paid.

Your role will be to join the current development team and assist with development of the Company’s applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development and good desktop C#/.NET skills.
